Housing Inspector Stacy Harris works for the City of Columbia Police Department’s Code Enforcement Division. He’s an exemplary employee and along with a full workload, Stacy finds the time to perform a litany of services to keep the citizens of Columbia as safe as possible from mosquito-borne illness. Furthermore, Stacy performs surveillance and public outreach, not because he is expected to, but because Stacy truly believes that he can make a difference for his fellow citizens in the fight against mosquito-borne illness. Stacy never complains, he never turns down a mission, and he never ceases to amaze us with his constant positivity and commitment to excellence.
