CRIMESTOPPERS: Homicide Investigation – Persons of Interest

Columbia Police Chief Skip Holbrook announces that as officers investigate the weekend shooting death of a man inside a local motel, they also want to identify and locate two persons of interest.

The victim has been identified by the Richland County Coroner as Tyron Donoven Jackson (DOB: 1-16- 1991). Jackson died from a gunshot wound to the head on May 8, 2016, the same day he was discovered by an employee at the Coronet Motel located at 6320 North Main Street.

Now, investigators want to identify and locate a male and female who may have information regarding the death.
