Police Chief Skip Holbrook announces that CPD officers have arrested two suspects in connection with the murder and attempted murder that occurred in the 3400 block of Magrath Street in Columbia, SC on July 30, 2016.
Two male victims were struck by gunfire that left one being pronounced deceased at an area hospital with the other victim being treated for wounds to the lower extremity. The deceased victim is identified as twenty three year old Donquiese D. Green of Columbia, SC. The second victim remains hospitalized.
Columbia Police arrested Tyrone Cannon Hollins Jr. and Keoki Jonathon Hollins on 07/31/2016 at 140 Doctors Circle in Columbia, SC. Tyrone C. Hollins Jr. is charged with murder and attempted murder. Keoki J. Hollins is charged with murder, attempted murder, and possession of a firearm during a violent crime.
A third suspect, Jamal Trutus Curtis Hughey is at large with warrants for murder, attempted murder, and possession of a firearm during a violent crime. The vehicle, believed to have been involved has been recovered by police.
