A North Region officer who initially went to 200 Candi Lane last night for a property check, discovered illegal narcotics and arrested the suspect.
Terrance Lee Navarro (DOB: 12-16-1995) is charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana.
During a routine property check, the officer noticed a car with the windows down, parked along Candi Lane and when he investigated, he smelled a strong marijuana smell coming from the car.
After searching the car, the officer found the marijuana underneath a seat. The drug was seized as evidence related to the case.
All persons arrested/charged are presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty in a court of law.
