Columbia Police Officers are releasing surveillance pictures of an armed robbery suspect in an effort to identify him.
The suspect who disguised part of his face, robbed a LaQuinta Inn employee at gunpoint while demanding money from the register. No one was injured during the incident.
Officers were dispatched to 7333 Garners Ferry Road around 1:30 this morning.
The robber wore a light blue t-shirt and black shorts with a navy blue bandana over his face. It appears that he had a tattoo on his right forearm.
The suspect should be considered armed and dangerous.
