Columbia Police investigators with the Special Victim’s Unit have charged a 30-year old man in connection with a sexual assault investigation involving a child.
Henry Joshua Prock (DOB: 12-27-1986) is charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor.
The charge stems from an allegation that Prock sexually abused a girl, under the age of 10 at an apartment complex last summer. The victim disclosed the information to relatives who notified the Department of Social Services and CPD.
Prock was booked at the Lexington County Detention Center.
All persons arrested/charged are presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty in a court of law.
