Columbia Police investigators are releasing surveillance video to identify a man accused of discharging a shotgun in Five Points last week.
The incident occurred at 2020 Devine Street shortly after 4:00 a.m. on Friday, August 11, 2017.
It’s believed that the suspect fired the weapon in the air for an unknown reason. No one was injured and there were no signs of property damage.
