Hit and Run Investigation | Harden Street

Columbia Police officers are investigating a hit and run involving a moped.

A 70-year-old man tells CPD that he was operating a moped at the 1200 block of Harden Street around 2:00 a.m. on Friday, August 18, 2017, when a dark-colored pick-up truck struck him.

As a result, the man suffered broken bones after losing control of the vehicle and crashing. The man was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
