The moped driver who was seriously injured in a collision on Rosewood Drive last night has died.
Medical staff pronounced the 22-year-old victim deceased at a hospital this afternoon.
The initial investigation by the Traffic Safety Unit has determined that the victim was hit from behind by a 23-year-old truck driver who was speeding on Rosewood Drive, causing both vehicles to strike a tree.
The truck driver remains at the hospital for his non-life threatening injuries.
