Columbia Police Department (CPD) Property Crimes investigators are following leads in a burglary at a lawn care business.
Investigators believe that multiple suspects broke into the US Lawns Commercial Landscaping Services located at 1147 First South Street this week, possibly between November 22 – 24, 2017 and stole at least nine vehicles used to carry expensive lawn care equipment.
CPD officers located two of the vehicles this evening near the initial crime scene. The recovered property will be seized by CPD and processed for possible evidence.
