Crimestoppers | Stabbing Incident

Columbia Police Department (CPD) Investigators are gathering  information regarding a suspect who’s accused of stabbing a man at Hammond Village.

Officers were dispatched to 921 Marlboro Street shortly before 9:00 p.m. on January 16, 2018.They found the male suspect was found with a serious stab wound to the abdomen. At last check, he was still receiving treatment for his injury.

It’s believed that the suspect argued with the victim inside a residence moments before the stabbing occurred. The suspect ran from the scene before officers arrived.
