Crimestoppers | Hit and Run Investigation

The Columbia Police Department’s (CPD) Traffic Safety Unit (TSU) continues to investigate a hit and run collision involving a pedestrian.

The incident occurred at 2:30 a.m. at the 2300 block of Two Notch Road on April 22, 2018.

The 37-year-old male remains in critical condition after suffering from multiple injuries as a result of the collision.

TSU officers’ initial investigation indicates that a dark-colored, possibly blue Toyota Corolla was traveling southbound on Two Notch Road when the driver hit the victim as he walked in the roadway.

The driver left the scene without calling police or rendering aid to the victim.
