The man accused of committing an armed robbery last week has been arrested.
James McCray (DOB: September 1993) is charged in connection with the November 11 armed robbery at the CVS store located at 7749 Garners Ferry Road.
McCray is housed at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center charged with Armed Robbery and . A judge has set a surety bond at $20,000.
McCray was observed on surveillance video entering the store
and demanding money from employees while allegedly armed with a sharp object. No one was injured during the incident.
Additional charges against McCray are pending in a similar case. All persons arrested/charged are presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty in a court of law.
