Crimestoppers: Man Accused of Assaulting Pregnant Victim

By November 28, 2018Press Releases

Investigators with the Columbia Police Department’s (CPD) Special Victims Unit (SVU) have outstanding arrest warrants for Datalion Marquis Dwight Tucker (DOB: January 1996) for Domestic Violence and Kidnapping.

Tucker should be considered armed and dangerous.

Tucker is accused of repeatedly assaulting a pregnant acquaintance while at the 4300 block of Bailey Street on 11/24/18.

The alleged assault occurred both inside an apartment and outside after the victim managed to escape. Initially, Tucker allegedly did not allow the female to leave the home and threatened her while armed with a sharp object.

CPD officers were dispatched to a local hospital to meet with the victim who received multiple wounds to her face.

Additional officers went to the crime scene to determine if Tucker was still there – he was not. It’s believed he ran away shortly after the incident.
