On behalf of the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT), we are sharing this traffic information that affects City of Columbia visitors and residents.
SCDOT workers will temporarily close the westbound lanes of Interstate I-126 from downtown Columbia to Greystone Boulevard from Monday, May 11, 2020 at 8:00 p.m. until Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 6:00 a.m.
Access to I-126 from both Huger Street and Elmwood Avenue will be blocked during this time.
The closure is necessary for maintenance activities.
