Crimestoppers: Domestic Violence Suspect Being Sought

Investigators with the Columbia Police Department’s (CPD) Special Victims Unit (SVU) have active arrest warrants for a man accused of physically assaulting two women.

34-year-old Rodney Xavier Gilliam is being sought in connection with two domestic violence incidents; December 21, 2020 and March 29, 2020. During the crimes, Gilliam is accused of either stabbing, choking, kicking, punching and biting the victims and causing significant injuries. One victim sustained injuries so severe that she couldn’t open her eyes. Gilliam is further accused of slashing both victims’ vehicle tires.

Gilliam’s two domestic violence arrest warrants have been entered into the National Crime Information Center’s (NCIC) database.
