The Columbia Police Department (CPD) is releasing surveillance video from a March 18, 2021 assault investigation at the 800 block of Harden Street.
At this time, it is believed that several males assaulted a 24-year-old male who continues to receive medical treatment for his significant injuries.
CPD officers who first arrived on scene talked with several people to gather information, specifically about the persons responsible and the motive for the assault.
While investigators acknowledge that this shared video was captured from a distance, they encourage citizens to call with information about the incident. Investigators continue to review additional surveillance video and body-worn camera video.
