Crimestoppers: Missing Person

** Mr. Campbell was located in good health on August 12, 2021 **

Investigators with the Columbia Police Department’s (CPD) Special Victims Unit (SVU) are searching for a missing 62-year-old man with a medical condition.

According to family, Ronald Campbell who’s from Augusta, Georgia, traveled by bus to Columbia on July 27, 2021.

Once he arrived, Campbell reportedly experienced a medical episode and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

When Campbell was released from the hospital the next day, his relatives became concerned when they couldn’t make contact with him.

Campbell is described as being a black male with brown hair and brown eyes, weighing approximately 180 pounds and standing 5’07”. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt with blue jeans and black work books.

His information has been entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database.
