Investigators with the Columbia Police Department’s (CPD) Special Victims Unit (SVU) are searching for a missing 18-year-old male.

e (DOB: 1/2003) reportedly left a Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) facility without permission on Sunday.
CPD officers were dispatched to 5300 Broad River Road at approximately 2:30 p.m. on October 3, 2021.
Wine is originally from Charleston County. He was last seen wearing a green shirt, blue shorts and white and black “Vans” sneakers.
