Columbia Police Investigators Make Arrest in Deadly Patterson Road Shooting

Columbia Police investigators have charged a man in connection with a deadly shooting investigation and are gathering information on two alleged accomplices.

Donte Anthony Foske (DOB: 8-15-1997) is charged with Accessory After the Fact of Murder and Possession of a Stolen Vehicle.

Foske and two other male suspects are accused of shooting the victim who’s been identified by Richland County Coroner Gary Watts as 28-year-old Marvin Webber at the 7300 block of Patterson Road on March 30, 2017.

Foske is booked at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center (ASGDC) under a $130,000 bond.

All persons arrested/charged are presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty in a court of law.
