A 19-year-old male has been arrested in connection with a Special Victim’s Unit investigation.
Roy Marquire Harley (DOB: 1-13-1998), a South Carolina registered sex offender is charged with Two Counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor, First Degree.
On two occasions, Harley is accused of having sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old girl at a Lorick Circle residence on or about June 10, 2017.
The victim’s mother notified CPD of the allegations.
Harley is currently housed at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center (ASGDC). A bond hearing in General Sessions Court will be scheduled at a later date.
All persons arrested/charged are presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty in a court of law.
