Crimestoppers: Armed Robbery Investigation

Columbia Police investigators are releasing surveillance pictures of a male suspect accused of stealing money from a local discount store in an effort to identify him.

The suspect told a Dollar General employee that he was armed with a gun before he demanded money from the register.

No one was injured during the incident on August 16, 2017 at 619 Beltline Boulevard.

The man has several tattoos on both arms and left the store in a light-colored 2002 Jeep Cherokee.
