Crimestoppers | Indecent Exposure Incidents Being Investigated

Columbia Police Department (CPD) officers are investigating two indecent exposure incidents involving female car service victims.

On January 18, 2018, the female drivers reported to CPD officers that while they were on Grand Street working for Uber, a male passenger took off his clothes inside of the vehicle and exposed himself.

During the incidents at approximately 9:00 a.m., and 10:30 a.m., the man is also accused of making inappropriate comments to the women before being told to get out of the vehicles.

The women were not physically hurt during the incidents. They describe the suspect as being a light-skinned black male in his mid-late 20’s, between 5’10” – 6’0” tall with shoulder length dreadlocks, and possibly tattoos on his neck and under one eye.
