Crimestoppers | Shooting Investigation

Columbia Police Department (CPD)  investigators are working to determine the identity of the suspects accused of shooting at each other from two vehicles.

** There have no been any reports of anyone being injured by the gunfire **

The incident occurred at the 3500 block of Phillips Street shorty after 11:00 a.m. on May 8, 2018.

After reviewing surveillance video, the vehicles include a burgundy Crown Vic, possibly with a black bumper with silver or white trim, and no hub caps. The back windshield was shattered during the incident.

The second vehicle was a silver/gray Impala with a dent on the back bumper.

Witnesses tell CPD that the vehicles may have been traveling near the intersection of Main Street and Miller Avenue, then continued along Phillips Street when the shooting happened.
