Columbia Police Chief Skip Holbrook is pleased to announce the release of the department’s 2017 Annual Report. The annual report highlights significant events and achievements for the year, and recognizes the outstanding work and accomplishments of staff. In addition, the report documents the progress in meeting the goals and objectives outlined in the department’s five-year strategic plan.
“In 2017, we remained committed to organizational transparency and accountability, while continuing to invest in collaboration and partnerships, strengthening community relationships and building trust with all whom we serve,” stated Chief Holbrook.
