Crimestoppers: Two Men Accused of Threatening a Couple with Guns

The Columbia Police Department (CPD) is releasing surveillance video to help identify and locate two men who are accused of threatening a couple with firearms.

The reported incident happened around 9:30 p.m. on March 21, 2021 at the 1500 block of Main Street.

A victim who was parked on the street reports that one of the suspects got out of a dark-colored SUV, possibly a GMC Yukon with an affixed flag on the back and threatened her with a gun.

While helping the victim, the male victim confronted the suspect.  Another suspect displayed a gun and made physical threats.

The victims were not injured during the incident and made it safely inside a restaurant. The suspects were seen across the street on video surveillance exchanging the weapon.
