Columbia Police Department (CPD) investigators and the Richland County Coroner’s Office (RCCO) continue to investigate the suspicious death of a man over the weekend.
Shortly after 9:30 a.m. on Sunday June 26, 2022, a citizen discovered an unresponsive male at the 1400 block of Gregg Street and called 9-1-1. When officers and EMS arrived on scene, they confirmed that the man was deceased.
Crime Scene Unit (CSI) investigators collected items from the location for processing.
