All vehicles parked within the front yard or secondary front yard (corner lots) of a residential property must be parked on an improved surface. This essentially means that you cannot park in the grass or dirt areas within your front yard.
Please be aware that any new driveway will require a curb cut permit submitted through our Development Center. Also, there may be further requirements regarding the development of driveways and parking surfaces within Historic Districts.
